Departure Checklist

Before you leave SCU, ensure you have done the following:

(Note: This checklist is included with your SCU Application Form)

Checkbox Youth Allowance/Austudy Payment/Abstudy letter sent (where applicable and sent by student)

Checkbox Southern Cross University application completed and handed in to the International Office

Checkbox Overseas institution application sent (where applicable)

Checkbox Credit Transfer Agreement signed and sent to Student Services.

Checkbox Response from overseas institution received

Checkbox Housing application

Checkbox Visa forms received from overseas institution (where applicable)

Checkbox Visa application submitted to overseas immigration office

Checkbox OS-Help application and Debt Confirmation

Checkbox Scholarship Confirmation

Photocopies of:

Checkbox Passport
Checkbox Financial statement
Checkbox Medical insurance
Checkbox Immunisation
Checkbox Airline ticket and travel details

Checkbox Student checks that he/she is correctly enrolled at Southern Cross University

Checkbox Upfront HELP (if applicable)
Checkbox Residential Accommodation fees (if applicable)
